[NLRS] September VHF Contest activity spreadsheet

I will be emailing and contacting people to get on the air in the September
Contest.  I'll be pushing for over 100 operators, a bunch of rovers and
over 40 grids on the air!  Please post your plans on the spreadsheet.

Paul - Would it be possible to have the spreadsheet sorted by grid?  That
would give the spreadsheet some order so everyone can see all the grids
active, versus everyone having to download and sort?
