[NLRS] Don't forget the Fort Wayne Radio Club 2 Meter "Dash" this coming Saturday

The club calls it a "Sprint" but, with just 30 minutes of operating time, I
think it's more of a "Dash".

here's a quick summary:

It starts at 1300Z and ends at 1330Z. No need to submit logs but send a
summary to the chief contest organizer within three days following each
event.

Two Meter only and CW and SSB ONLY - CW Qs must be made between 144.000 and
144.100, SSB Qs must be made between 144.200 and 144.270 so no switching to
CW on the same frequency right after making an SSB QSO.

Exchange is Serial Number and Grid Locator.

Fixed Stations and Rovers (Portables are considered Rovers).
