Hello ! Well , I intended to operate all weekend up near the corners of EN 25 , 26 , 25 and 36 . Some things came up that dictated that I keep close to where I live , So I did EN 26 Saturday at the start of the contest at the 4 corners near Pierz , MN  , then went to the park and ride here by St Cloud , MN  for the EN 25 ops and then Sunday , I went east to the EN 25 = EN35 line just west of Foley , MN for EN 35 ops . Highlights were : did everything very cheaply , the new IC9100 operated flawlessly ( did not have the 6 meter  overload / poor dynamic range  issues that the old FT991 and TS2000X did ) , the borrowed 3500 watt generator worked great!  Lowlights were = got legs very sunburnt , and had too many visitors at the EN35 ops near Foley , MN ; even a visit from the Benton County sherriffs dept , And did not get to the planned EN36 ops ...... Result =  119 QSOs and 56 grids . With the ARRL scoring scheme =  119  X 59 = 7021 points  I did about 30 QSOs of SSB , with 20+ on Sunday afternoon when I came back to finish here in EN25 and about a half dozen CW QSOs all other QSOs were FT8 . EQUIPMENT = IC9100 , old mfj 6 meter moxon at 15 feet fed with 25 feet of LMR400  . Thanks to all that worked me running this simple setup . It was a blast !! Will I do some more roving on the future - probably so as the farm QTH is pretty much done with .......... 73s , Ron KA0RYT
