I was on for the last one and wasn't able to make one single QSO.  It was a

Many of you may have seen this recently. It seems like an interesting idea. 

*	Provides a net increase in 2-meter activity and operator skills. 
*	Increases the size of the pie while avoiding zero-sum-game (when
digital modes are included). 

 

I'm not sure that 1300-1330 Z is long enough or early enough but, that could
be determined by regional desires.
