[NLRS] MSK144 Question

With W0UC's help, I think I solved the problem.  I had my transmit audio
cranked up way too high, and it was distorting badly.  In fact, my FT8 also
sounded horrible, even though I've worked hundreds of QSOs with it.  I'm
guessing my reports will also get better in that mode.

I'll be calling CQ on and off on 50.260 this afternoon and tonight, so if
anyone's near a radio, please try to work me.
