[NLRS] More on the tropo reception of W0AUS/b 10368.202

 10:38pm --  I had Gary W0GHZ beacon to me again and his signal was up about 5db from his previous level on peaks. 20db earlier and now 25db.
  HOWEVER ::  I now can only DETECT W0AUS/b on the slow waterfall. It is now DOWN close to 20db from earlier.
  Gary is 169deg at 152miles the beacon 168 miles 163deg on a MUCH more obstructed path. 
  10:55pm W0AUS/b now 2-8db
"Winter tropo" 1296 and 902 were very good tonight between GAry and I signals 40db above the noise floor.
