[NLRS] ARRL Contest Advisory Committee

Hello NLRS land.   
I have the honor of serving as your new Dakota Division Contest Advisory Committee (CAC) representative.  Full information regarding the ARRL's CAC can be found the the ARRL's website, or, ask me.  At this time the CAC is currently looking towards membership for input in two primary areas.  First, are there any contest rules or issues that should be addressed by the CAC.  Note that the NLRS, and those who monitor this reflector, are largely VHF operators (like me).  I am purposely and deliberately asking you for your VHF contesting input albeit I am also a HF contester and I am also interested in any HF input you may have.  Second, the CAC is interested in gathering ideas on how to attract new hams to (VHF and/or HF) contesting.  Note that "new" hams does not necessarily mean young hams.
