[NLRS] State 45 On 2M!

Hi All -

After trying the past two mornings, I finally bagged John, W1XX, in Rhode
Island on 2M!  We had a good burn after seven minutes and completed in 15
seconds!

If he confirms on LOTW, it'll be state #45 on 2M.  I've worked CA, but no
QSL.  I need CA, NV & OR for the Lower 48 on 2M.  All SSB or CW.

I hope everyone else had success.  Please remember that the rocks are still
going.  There were good pings on .200 but also some local activity.
