Tot    52       7382 14309 Comments: We were in position at EN43ax and set up ready to
operate at 1745 UTC but light rain had started by 1800 and
no answers to our CQs. Rain and lightning lasted 1.5 hours
forcing a delay in start of operations. Best DX on 222 and 432 was to K0AWU in EN37ed from EN33xw
at 377 km. Best on 902 was also to K0AWU from EN34rc at
349 km. Best on 1296 was to W0ZQ from EN43ax at 141 km.
Was also able to work K9PW/R from EN34rc to EN44xv at 217 km
on 222 and 432. New 10 element 222 MHz Cheap Yagi worked very well. We were
able to work K0AWU from three grids on SSB with only 25 watts.
