[NLRS] six meters open

Holy mackerel...I worked my own grid!! :>) Thanks to Dave, W0RX, for 
being there and, hopefully, giving me a confirmation for EN18 on 6 
meters. I had previously worked W0PHD on CW but Wally must not use LOTW!
