[NLRS] WSJTX and N1MM at the same time

I set up the method that Mike mentioned for the first time on Friday in
preparation for the VHF contest.
It seemed to work flawlessly.
As mentioned, I had to shut down WSJT-X to use N1MM for SSB/CW, but I had
no issues with that either.

This method does open a couple additional windows on the screen. One of
them appears to exist only as a reminder to close WSJT-X before closing
N1MM.

I need to review my log tonight to make sure everything is good, but it
seemed to work well in the rover. The only thing that tripped me up a
couple times was that N1MM didn’t tell WSJT-X when I switched grids. I
don’t know if that’s broken, not implemented, or just not configured
properly, but it would be handy.
