Well, it seems things have gone from bad to worse.

I managed to get the rotor from the 222 & up tower down and the pot was 
bad, so I replaced it.  I put everything back together, tested the rotor 
on the bench and everything worked great.  Hauled it back up the tower 
and put everything back in place and the rotor won't turn.  I've 
rechecked the wiring about four times over and it is wired correctly.  I 
can hear the brake disengage, so that seems to be working.  Not sure 
what more to do, other than replace the rotor cable.

At this point my shoulder is too sore to do any more climbing this 
weekend, so aside from stations due north of me it looks like I am going 
to be limited to 6 & 2 for the contest.
