[NLRS] NO NLRS breakfast this month (July)

As you know, things aren't back to the way they were, so THERE IS NO NLRS
BREAKFAST this month.

Some of you may have seen/heard that the Golden Corral in Maplewood has re-opened.  BUT, 
like everything else, it, too is not back to the way things were.  They open at 11AM and 
it is NOT a Buffet: it seems to be a combination of table service and cafeteria-style 
ordering (point and its brought to you).  (Not first-hand knowledge... info from a phone 
call (TNX Doug).

It's possible that next month (August) we'll be able to have the Breakfast...  stay tuned.

The CQWW VHF Contest is NEXT weekend (18-19th).  Maybe a chance to get some "serious" 
operating in.
NOTE however that the rules for CQWW are somewhat DIFFERENT than those for the ARRL 
Contests.  Some highlights:
1) 6 and 2m ONLY.
2) 27 hours (1800 UTC Sat - 2100 UTC Sun)
3) 1 Q per band, any mode; 1 pt for 6m; 2 pt for 2m  (Rovers in new grid count as new Qs)
4) Rovers use "old" scoring rules
