[NLRS] GPS and roving

My rover option is very simple and free, Jon.  After trying various 
timing programs, I found BktTimeSync to be really good. It was developed 
by IZ2BKT.

Once installed, all you need to do is set your cell phone to use as a 
Personal Hotspot and let your computer connect to it for a web 
connection.  Then you can also bring up a browser to monitor...for 
example, I bring up PSKreporter to see where I am getting out on 6m and 
move my beam accordingly.

Last time I used it was Field Day.  Worked like a charm.
