I do hope that you made a typo in the National FM calling frequency as 90*2*.5 as that is 
in the middle of the weak signal portion of the band.  The rest of your post really 
suggests that it IS a typo (",,,the RX input filter is too narrow to allow you to receive 
at 902MHz.")

If its NOT a typo... just what we DON'T need is FM in the weak signal band !
