[NLRS] vhf contest

As someone who has never contested before, FT8 opened things up for me on
144. I am currently setup for satellite telemetry work, so height has not
been paramount, but if I get the 50' tower I have up this year, that will
change. If I can work stations on 50 (more often), 144 and 432 with FT8,
I'll be quite happy. I read that the IC-9700 and FT8 have put a number of
new stations on VHF/UHF, and feel that's a good thing for the hobby and the
future of activity above 50 MHz.
Just my 2 cents.
