[NLRS] Not much "contesting" here -- VHF Jan

The "raw score" calculation is a new feature of the web log uploader. It
does exclude 'dupes' but does no cross-checking, the calculation is based
ONLY on what is in the log and does not care about mode.

For Bill's log, I calculate 64 QSO points - 11 points for 6m Qs, 11 points
for 2m Qs, 14 points for
