[NLRS] 6m Aurora beacon

It is come to my attention supposedly the frequency I chose 50.0465 is not
a legal USA beacon frequency.
 I am sitting here looking at the band plan for 6 meters on the ARRL
website and it says CW and beacons 50 to 50.1 . QSL.net says 50.06 to 50.09
and another site says 50.08
WIKI says FCC reg is 50.060 to 080
 If anybody can clarify this for me I would appreciate it.

 Inquiring minds want to know why K0GUV "old chirpy" has operated on 50.008
for years ?
