[NLRS] WD9BGA/B ?

WD9BGA/B is on the air.   Band just down at the present time.  I hear 
fine, albeit weak, from 110 miles away.  Dial frequency for me is 
144.298.30 MHz.  It's a stable signal.

Karl took a direct lightning hit about 10 days ago.   Right at his 100' 
lookout tower.    That has taken down several other bands.
