[NLRS] WD9BGA/B ?

I am hearing it a little higher in frequency like the FT 857D says 
144.297.70 on USB. The signal is very weak here with a 5 element 2m beam 
pointed due east. I can't hear at all it in CW mode with narrow CW 
filters in the IF and DSP.
