Sunday morning the weather was nice so I threw my 5.7 and 10 GHz dishes in the car along with my 2304 and 3456 transverters and loop yagis. I've been having some questions about the 2304 and 3456 transverter performance from my home station, so I was curious to see if they were still working ok. I also threw in my old FT100 and 2m omni on a mag mount. Gary, WB0LJC, was going to be operating from the Bloomington Park & Ride, so I decide to go down to our spot in Cannon Falls, EN34nl. Results:144 12 x 82.3G 2 x 13.4G 1 x 15.7G 1 x 110G 3 x 2 Totals: 18 Q's (one dup), 40 QSO pts x 15 for 600 pts I was a little surprised how well 2m was playing with 50 watts to a omni antenna. Sure, the location is good. Good SSB signals from WB0ULX (EN04), K0AWU (EN37), K0VG (EN27), KC0UDO (EN36) and WB0DBQ (EN46). Signals on the uW bands were not as good with weak CW to K0AWU. W0GHZ was not workable on his direct path, but later on he was S7 off of downtown (which is visible from Cannon Falls). Thanks to W0GHZ, WB0LJC, and K0AWU for the uW fun. 73, JonW0ZQ/R
