[NLRS] antenna work on Shoreview Tower?

I can finally sleep at night now as I believe I've figured out what's
going on on the towers.

Per this discussion,

http://www.spectrumgateway.com/600-mhz-spectrum

We discover that KSTC TV "Channel 45" on RF channel 45 "got" to relocate
to RF channel 30 in "Phase 4". The 600 MHz band is being reallocated to
cellular and so TV stations there have to vacate. This suggests they
need a new antenna for 566-572 MHz instead of their old one covering
656-662 MHz.

I've been watching them take sections of feedline, which look like roughly
20' sections as large as sewer pipe being hauled up in the basket and
installed inside the tower. I haven't yet seen an antenna go up although
I might have missed it when I was traveling a couple weeks ago. Doesn't
look like anything new on the north side at 1000' but there might be.

Big project antenna project in any case!
