[NLRS] antenna work on Shoreview Tower?

Are there any guys in the group that work for Telefarm, MN at the
Shoreview towers by chance?

I work in a building just two blocks west of the two side-by-side towers
and with intense curiosity, have been watching for several weeks as they
have been running a basket on a pulley up the side of the west-most tower
on County Rd F-- they've been at it off and on for at least three weeks.

Today, there is a huge antenna array in the basket and at least three
workers climbing all around the tower (they look like ants from the
ground) in the vacinity of the basket and antenna.

Finally makes sense that they're hoisting a new thing into place and
it looks like it goes at about the 1000' point on the north side, where
they were working in the basket yesterday.

Was hoping we might get some more clues about what's going on if we can.
