[NLRS] Spectrum Analyzer

Not a hurry but basically I need to do what would be a Part15 Subpart J
frequency sweep to see if I can identify a spike that maybe interfereing
with one of my ATMs. I think I have solved the matter for now but I would
like to know

Maybe. I believe that technically it is a "station monitor". Also, (A) it's
a club item, so I'd like to have them agree, and (B) I'm fairly busy through
New Years, so it might take a bit to get it to you.
