[NLRS] Local tropo enhancement? WD9BGA Beacon

And my 2meter beacon apparently went off the air last night/early this morning!

Will post when it is back on the air.

Now the station at Hancock Iowa (close to Council Bluffs) has a stronger
signal at about 180 miles than the local NWS station 25 miles away at
Iowa Falls.
