[NLRS] Local tropo enhancement?

Local has been up for 3 days, I have been listening to MPLS repeaters and even a WI repeater every day. Wd9BGA/b is currently right at winter level, just barely out of the noise... But it has been S3 in the evening... I still have an intermittent issue with the 2m array so can't get on.

The Mpls NWS weather balloon launched this morning shows the temperature at 3,000 ft to be 55 degrees F with a relative humidity of 19%.  May be some enhanced local tropo today & tonight?
