Hello Jon,
You may have a few more in your area that have earned VUCC on 3456 or 5760, but don't show up on the list. I worked VUCC on 3456 a long time ago, and I'm no longer on the list that is on the ARRL web page.
This winter I hope to put a station back together on 5760 with the goal of getting VUCC on that band. If anybody in Michigan wants to try 3456 I could put that station back together to try and help them. Last year I did work my fifth grid on 24 GHz for VUCC on that band, but I'm stuck with four grids on 47 GHz. I hope to finish 47 next summer and do more work toward 76 GHz.

So far I have 16 stations that have 3456 and 11 stations with 5760 capability. See the list below.
The number of grids needed for VUCC on these two bands is 5. In reviewing the current list of 3456 VUCC's (http://www.arrl.org/system/vucc/view/VUCC-9CM-20191204-USLetter.pdf) I count only 47 of these of which, from our list of stations below, there is only one regional station who has claimed a 3456 VUCC (KF0Q). Regarding 5760, I count only 41 VUCCs (http://www.arrl.org/system/vucc/view/VUCC-6CM-20191204-USLetter.pdf) of which only two are from our region (WA0BWE and W1AW/0).
The probably of losing 3456 outright, and for 5760 to become even more unusable in the coming years, is high. Looking forward into 2020, and for those who are so interested, it would be a good winter to think about putting together a 3456 and/or 5760 station with the goal of a VUCC. 3456 and 5760 VUCC's are rare and are not difficult to attain.
More on this subject in a 2nd email.
