[NLRS] 3456 & 5760 survey update

Hi, Jon.

We have a non-assembled 5760 station (transverse and 1 watt amp) but sans any antenna.  We also have an Unassembled 3456 transverter kit from DEMI but I am making very slow progress on building it.
