[NLRS] Bird 43 wattmeter & slugs from K0FQA estate

I have the following items from the K0FQA estate.  All proceeds will go 
to Jon's family:

Bird 43 wattmeter w/ UHF connectors  $125
50E slug (50W, 400-1000 MHz)     $30
100W 100-250 MHz    $30
100W 100-250 MHz (stamped "Peak Power")     $30

Add postage and I will ship.  As I understand it, "Peak Power" slugs are 
special for the peak power-reading Bird model, but for our purposes they 
work fine in typical use with a standard Bird 43.
