[NLRS] More I-35 traffic challenges

For those of you from the north heading south on I35...

Probably shoud have commented earlier...  An easy route to avoid
Kansas City metro traffic is to exit I-35 at Liberty and go
west on MO 152 (3 stop lights) and continue west as it becomes
a controlled access highway (similiar to interstate)...continue 14 mi
until exit south to I-435 and follow to  I-70 west
(toll road) to Lawrence, Topeka & Wichita...

This is the easiest way I know to avoid the congestion of Kansas City..
I use it twice a year traveling to/from AZ..
