[NLRS] More I-35 traffic controls.

Came through there this afternoon about 5 PM.  A fair amount of traffic, but otherwise not all that bad.  Didn't see any state patrol cars.
North of there were a couple stretches of single lane for reading.  Traffic slowed down a bit, but again, not all that bad.

According to KCCI TV the state patrol has been cracking down on drivers 
in the Ankeny construction zone.
