[NLRS] Traveling I-35 to CSVHF in Wichita

Google Maps take into account the lower speed limits through construction zones in calculating times, unless they are very recent.  In stretches of roads where real time speeds are available these are taken into account as well as being displayed on the map. Many of the common navigation apps, such as Waze, will calculate routes that are faster than the routes through the construction zones. - Duffey KK6MC
