Hello NLRS land,
For those of us who like to occasionally exercise our IF rigs below 30 MHz, where RG58 actually works fairly well, you can do just that in the 20th annual Minnesota QSO Party held on Saturday, Feb 3, from 8:00am to 6:00pm CST. The World works MN stations and MN stations work the World on phone, CW, and digital. Full rules, along with other information, can be found at http://www.w0aa.org/index.php/mn-qso-party .
As a part of this years QSO Party, Minnesota stations have the option of increasing their fun by running with a 1x1 call. Stations working Minnesota 1x1 calls will be able to spell out Minnesota based words for awards and fun. Regarding your use of a 1x1 call during the MNQP, below is a note from the Rich, N0HJZ. If you have an interest in using a 1x1 in the MnQP, please drop Rich a note at richn0hjz at gmail.com .

Hi All -
MNQP is now only 26 days away. I'm still looking for volunteers to grab a 1X1 call and get on the air for MNQP. I need folks who can operate CW, others to operate SSB and some to do both! All I ask is that you call CQ so others can work your letter! There are special awards for outstate stations who can work the most letters and can spell special Minnesota words.
Here are the calls I still have available:
K0B
K0C
K0N
K0O
K0V
N0P
N0Q
N0S (Need a CW op here)
N0T
N0U
N0V
N0Y
W0D
W0F
W0H
W0I
W0K
W0L
W0Q
W0Y
W0Z (need a CW op here)
Thanks for your help to fill all the calls!
Rich N0HJZ (N0H in MNQP)
