[NLRS] [BC'ers] Bill Tynan, W3XO - SK

Bill was the QST columnist at the time I became interested in weak signal work on VHF.  Like everyone else has mentioned his voice was easy to pick out when Es favored Texas.  I enjoyed meeting him at Central States and further enjoyed that he wasn’t aware that he was a VHF celebrity.
