Interesting. I had posted earlier that I heard rumors that law enforcement
people in Nebraska were going to harass people pulled off the road to view
the eclipse. But here it appears that the state is actually looking forward
to the event with enthusiasm. I'm glad to see that, even though I will not
be in Nebraska for this event, I'll be further south on Interstate 35 (and
off to a side road, of course).
