[NLRS] N9LB QRV for 432 Sprint tonight

Weather down here is terrible. It's pouring rain, and from the look of the
radar, it isn't stopping soon. Since I was going to operate portable, I'll
miss this one.

I'll be in the microwave Sprint on Saturday, though. My plan is to operate
from the top deck of a parking garage in Elmhurst, IL EN61av at first, and
then mid-morning move to Greene Valley Forest Preserve overlook in EN51xr.
All bands 902 through 24192 MHz. We'll see how that goes.
