 Here's a comment from K0DOK way south of St. Louis

on the experimental Alford Slot antenna on my beacon. I am working on version 2 which is less haywire. When done I will share the dimensions with everyone.


  "Hi Steve......At 9 AM this morning (Tues)  your beacon was the loudest I think I've ever heard it. By 9:30 it was down near the noise level and still there at 10:00. I guess that Alford antenna is working well.   73  Paul  K0DOK "
