[NLRS] Field Day: W0MR--Tartan Park

Hi All

The  ST Paul Radio Club and the 3M club are once again joining forces at 
the 3M Tartan Park location for Field Day.

The new owners of the park are allowing us one last chance to operate 
and we will have 50,144 and 432 in addition to the normal HF ops.

This is mostly likely our last year at this location as the building 
issues have been resolved with Lake Elmo.

We will experiment with digital modes as well so look for us too...
