[NLRS] Meteor scatter June contest

I think some folks will be trying out MSK144 meteor scatter 
during the June contest. Or at least, I hope they will be. I just 
wanted to point out that the informal calling frequency for 
MSK144 on 6 meters has just recently changed from 50.280 to 50.260.

The reason for the change is that meteor scatter with FSK441 was 
on 50.260 for years, but then along came MSK144. To avoid 
conflict with FSK441, the MSK144 guys moved up to 50.280. At this 
point, however, FSK441 has all but disappeared on 6m, and there 
are a number of JT modes now on 50.270 to 50.300, so it was 
informally decided to move MSK144 down to the old meteor scatter 
frequency of 50.260.
