I will be starting a direct email list in order to keep the noise-level down
on the reflector. For any NLRS reflector postings you may want to put
"E-o-M" or something like that at the start of your subject line so people
can delete/skip the email if they are not interested. I will attempt to
email E-o-M participants directly later tonight or tomorrow . Let me know
if you'd like to be on that distribution. It is this distribution where
I'll put cellphone numbers once you share them.
I will be updating the website and graphics over the next few days with info
and corrections that I've been fed.
Updates that I know of:
1. Bill K0AWU will likely take a portable set-up to his Missouri location
and will find Centralia, Bethany, and the southern route (on Saturday) very
workable. W0LGQ, Radar Hill, Northern Rovers, and St Louis would be
additional targets for Bill to aim at. I'll add him to the graphics when I
edit them.
2. Glen KC0IYT will be with the Southern rover group for both days.
3. Gregg KC0SKM will likely be with the Southern Rover group on Saturday and
most of Sunday before he goes QRT and heads out to be in Scottsbluff by
dinner time.
4. Wyatt AC0RA has planned to rove. The southern route may work out better
for him. He may have to depart Sunday afternoon to head home. Awaiting an
update from him.
5. Duffey KK6MC will be in the region and his plans will be crystalizing
soon.
6. Greg W0LGQ WILL be on the air for both days. He needs some bearings to
determine if his driveway is sufficient. I'll send him some for NE Rovers
tonight or tomorrow.
7. Arliss W7XU and Marc WB0TEM hope to be on both days but their plans are
to be determined. Once I know, I'll include it in email and graphics.
8. I'm aware of W0JT's plans on Buck Hill for Saturday and possibly Sunday
morning. But have not heard if others will be heading to Buck Hill or not.
If I hear, I'll relay.
When it comes to cellphone coverage, I think it will be "sufficient" in
Nebraska:
Verizon USA coverage:

I will take HF with 40M and 80M hamsticks. (NOT for the ARRL event but for
10 GHz coordination.) I could take 2m with a brick and a beam but really
hope we can skip that.
Still have room for another rover on the northern route. Still have rooms
in Lincoln, NE for Fri/Sat/Sun and Bethany, MO for Fri/Sat/Sun if someone
wanted to stay more fixed. Early in August (after CSVHFS), I will cancel
hotel rooms that are not needed.
I hope to also expand the graphics (or make a separate graphic) to show what
is happening in Central MO and eastward towards KY (as I hear the details).
