[NLRS] cheapest way to get on 10ghz

If you want plug and play, the best bet is a station someone else has
already put together and has used and has decided to sell. It probably
won't be that cheap. It seems most people are asking for $400 to $800
for something like that in the 1 to 3 watt output range. A less costly
station is going to involve some construction and alignment work.
