[NLRS] cheapest way to get on 10ghz

What is the cheapest way to get on 10ghz with no RF test bench. I repaired
consumer stuff, not RF. basically need plug and play. Thinking I can  get
away with a small dish(DTV size) in the middle of the 2m eme array.

PS: Hope to have 222 (7 watts for now) and 1296 (300 watts)  up for the Sept
contest. Not doing 902, not enough activity to make it worth it.
