[NLRS] 2018 Minnesota QSO Party and 1x1 calls

Looking at the logs submitted and results for the Iowa QSO party I see 
nobody I worked on 10G submitted a log. http://www.w0yl.com With my 14 
contacts I scored 5th place QRP. I guess I didn't put out any 
information on how and where to submit logs. The Story County ARC (of 
which I was president for 21 years in a row) will be sponsoring the Iowa 
QSO party again next year. I don't know if it will match 10G+ again.

On the Activity Map page, the map allows you to add grid square lines to the county map overlay.  This map may be helpful for mobile station planning where they may want to operate from any given county or county line while also providing unique grid square(s) for the ARRL's 2018 International Grid Chase event.
