[NLRS] Problems printing the Aurora '17 registration form

OK, I tried the "CTRL-P" and print and that worked.  The thing is I 
NEVER use this method (didn't even know it existed).  I always just 
right click and then press print. I have downloaded dozens of PDF files 
and printed them that way before and don't ever remember having issues 
anywhere else.

Anyway, I now have a good copy that I can mail in.  Thanks for the 
suggestion.
