[NLRS] Problems printing the Aurora '17 registration form

I have already received several mail registrations that printed 
correctly, but thanks to Charlie we have discovered an interesting quirk 
in printing these pages that are Google docs:

The four ways to tell your computer to print: "Ctrl-P", "Alt-F then 
click P", "right click on the page and then click on Print", and "click 
the printer icon", are NOT always equivalent!

In this case, two produce the desired page (Ctrl-P, and the printer 
icon).  The other two attempt to print the entire screen, including the 
gray space off to the sides of the viewed page, and I guess since there 
is only one page, you end up with a blank first column and then the left 
half of the desired page in the second column.  I have noticed some 
other times that the printer icon produces better results, but obviously 
many of us love our keyboard shortcuts!  And if your mouse ran away, 
Ctrl-P still works.

PayPal registration also works very well, and I have several of those 
already also.  Keep 'em coming!
