[NLRS] ARRL UHF Contest 2016 cancelled

It sure got harder here after a tough contest with only one Q to have it 
posted as a score of -1 because the translator from paper to computer 
made a mistake. Harder to put work into UHF station and antennas. With 
that purged from the records that cut the number of logs by at least one 
that year.
