[NLRS] possible alternative breakfast site

My wife had breakfast this week at The Original Pancake House in 
Roseville, and she thinks if would be good for the NLRS breakfasts. It 
is immediately east of the Old Country Buffet location, in the same 
complex as Kohls.  She talked to the very friendly manager, and they 
have a side room that could be available to us, probably on a call a day 
ahead basis.  She took a couple pictures, and I have scanned the menu 
and posted them here:

So, depending on how Perkins works out, this may be worth looking into.  
I see that OPH also has a location in Edina.  If Perkins seems good, 
they have locations which could be checked out near I-94 and Riverside, 
and in Bloomington.
