I don't like to forward to the reflector, but here is a note from N6NB regarding clarifications of the power levels for SOLP vs SOHP for this weekends UHF contest.

There is a consensus among those who replied to my query last night, so I added an introductory note to the rules for this weekend's UHF contest saying that a low power single operator station may run up to 100 watts on transmitter power on 222/432, and 50 watts on higher bands. The note also says operators at a multiop station may work that station on 2.3 GHz and up only, and only with separate equipment.
Those whom I heard from said they were assuming both of those were true even though they weren't spelled out in the rules. They are spelled out now.
