[NLRS] VHF Contest/Training Info and Guides

Greetings,
The Bloomington Amateur Radio Association, and the Bloomington
Communications Group (RACES) are going to be on the air with FM (at
least) for the September VHF contest. If you can, please look for
these stations and help them get some experience with FM simplex and
with contesting. See details below, and watch for AE0EE-7 on APRS.
