[NLRS] bands are quiet at 1PM

After a very active weekend, the 2M APRS map isn't showing anything
too special today. The huge blob of red is gone and what was left over
MN and NY has been diminishing all day. APRS does look to be slightly
enhanced but spotty over the 5-state area.

On 6M and 10M, things are pretty quiet. Nothing showing on 6M and just
a few US stations being heard in Brazil on 10M JT65.
